About us · San Diego, CA
A new venture, built around one question.
What can an attacker actually reach, and what does it cost you when they do? Red Cell is set up to answer that for the systems companies run today, including the ones now driven by a model.
01 / What Red Cell is
Offensive security under contract, based in San Diego.
Red Cell is an offensive security venture offering authorized penetration testing, adversary simulation and AI security assessments. It is new, and says so. What it offers is a defined service, delivered under a signed scope, with a report you can hand to an engineer, an auditor or a customer’s security reviewer.
The work starts from the same place every time: a real system, a stated objective, and written authorization. From there the question is not how many issues can be listed, but which paths an attacker can walk end to end, and what sits at the end of them.
AI applications get particular attention because the risk has moved. An assistant with a service identity, a set of tools and a document store behind it is an access path, and it is rarely tested as one. That is the flagship service.
02 / Working with us
What to expect from a first conversation.
You describe the system and what you need demonstrated. We tell you what a useful engagement against it looks like, what it would not cover, and whether what you are being asked for by a customer or an assessor actually requires it.
If a smaller engagement answers the question, that is the one we propose. If the honest answer is that testing is not the right next step, you get that answer too.
Start with the system you are least comfortable about.
Tell us what it is, who uses it, and what it can reach. That is enough to scope a first engagement.
